NORVIK InfoLINE is an automatic free all-day-round NORVIK BANKA system allowing you to receive information about the amounts available on your card and current accounts by phone. The service is available to all our clients calling from telephones with voice-frequency dialling.
How to get connected
To connect to NORVIK InfoLINE you should call our 24/7 service:(+371) 67041100. Registration by phone will be successful if you hold a current or card account(s) and correctly give your CIF-code and voice password.
Upon completion of the registration, the Bank´s specialist will give you your Identification code, which you should remember.
How to use NORVIK InfoLINE service
To receive information about your current or card account call (+371) 80008887 (information is available in Latvian or Russian).
After the call is connected the system will ask you to enter the identification code given by the Bank´s specialists. You should enter the code through the keyboard of your telephone and finish it with the symbol «#».
Principle of the identification code
1. Current account
To receive information about your current account, dial the identification code (5 figures of your CIF-code and 4 figures given by the Bank´s specialists) and the symbol “#”.
For example:
Your CIF-code - А03456
4 figures given to you upon connection - 2121
As a result:
You dial on the telephone keyboard - 034562121 #
When the code is dialled correctly, the system will make each current account balance known to you along with the currency designation.
2. Card account
To receive information about your card account, dial the identification code (6 last figures of your card and 4 figures given by the Bank´s specialists) and the symbol “#”.
For example:
Your payment card number - 6763 6003 5999 1012
4-4 figures given to you upon connection - 5551
As a result:
You dial on the telephone keyboard - 9910125551 #
When the code is dialled correctly, the system will inform you of the consolidated (credit line included) balance available in your basic card account.
What should be done if you fail to receive the desired information
1. You call from a telephone with voice-frequency dialling mode switched off.
Put your telephone into the voice-frequency dialling mode or try to call from another telephone which supports voice-frequency dialling mode.
2. The identification code was dialled three times incorrectly.
