e-NORVIK system come in force:
1) For Private banking

| 1. Registration for e-NORVIK | free of charge |
| 2. Subscription fee | |
| - using the system (per month) | free of charge |
| - using identification tables | free of charge |
| - change of identification tables | 3 EUR |
| 3. Issue of DigiPass 500/550 device | 35 EUR |
| 4. Issue of DigiPass GO3 device | 10 EUR |
| 5.1. Change of DigiPass 500/550 device | 15 EUR |
| 5.2. Change of DigiPass GO3 device | 10 EUR |
| 5.3. Change of DigiPass device by reason of device malfunction | free of charge |
| 6. Delineation of user´s rights | 5,00 EUR for every authorization device of a user with limited authority |
| 7. SWIFT message copy | |
| - in case if date of requested message sending/receiving is after 1st date of previous month | free of charge |
| - in case if date of requested message sending/receiving is before 1st date of previous month | 1 EUR for each SWIFT copy a month |
2) For Corporate banking
